A random somewhat cupcake-related note: I have started (or actually, re-started depending on how long you've been reading my happykatie blog) a separate food blog called happymeal. This is the spot you'll find my recipes, food notes, kitchen gadget geek outs and oh-so-much-more.
I cook primarily vegan food (A is vegan and E is vegetarian – and I am… constantly hungry 🙂 ), but am primarily interested in food that tastes good so don't let that be a deterrent for you if the whole animal-less cooking freaks your little carnivore self out. Please please come and visit!
In honor of my happymeal blog launch, I am dedicating this Cupcake Monday to one of my inaugural happymeal posts: Hot sips for the holiday.
