Making light of the BPA scare… Health - May 11, 2008
So I’ve been pretty bummed out ever since being coerced into throwing away my awesome wonderful Starbucks water bottle (coughcoughEDcoughcough) – you know, the whole polycarbonate poisoning thing…
But now there’s a way to not die by drinking from cool water bottles, as well as to avoid wasting your fave Nalgene — a neat solar-powered LED light that screws into your bottle mouth. Clean, green energy, less landfill waste and something shiny to look at when the sun goes down.

Um, I don’t understand. What is it about the LED light that makes the bottle safe?
Actually – instead of throwing the bottle away, you can use it as a solar powered lamp. Sorry, I wasn’t very clear
Must be the BPA poisoning!!!
