Because my weekend wasn't already awesome / busy enough – the Houston Dr. Sketchy crew celebrated the holidays how only we can…  with wonderful (multiple!!!) models, lots of cookies and treats from Beaver's'.

This was probably my favorite Sketchy of all times – I've never seen so much energy onstage (and am in love with poses involving model interaction — our artists did too I think!!). 

I was uncharacteristically a bit stressed at first with some last minute model cancellations (darn this weather and the germs that pop up with it) but Angela, Niki and Chris completely kept me calm and sane.  

And Adam bought me gummy worms and held my hand because he is wonderful.

The day was full of happy suprises – Chookooloonks attended for the first time this month and wrote a lovely post full of her gorgeous photos.  Cybertoad dropped by as part of her birthday celebration and it was oh-so-nice to see her sweet face too – see her photos here too!.

 As usual, Groovehouse was at the top of his game – I secretly wonder if he'll ever pose for Sketchy (remember those amazing shots that Tracy took of him, wow!!!).  Jim Thompson and Ed also attended – and I can't wait to see their photos too!!!  Boy, am I spoiled or what??!!

And last but not least, Jonathan from Beaver's did a FINE job of making a guest model appearance – he's a natural ham so is perfect Sketchy material.  Thanks to all!!  You've made Houston Dr. Sketchy's 2009 year a banner year!!!
