A/Me testing and the art of fixing what ain’t broke Business, Smart - November 30, 2011

I love this FastCompany video on A/Me testing – that is, making small incremental changes to the way you work and play to increase your awesomeness levels.  Build on your strengths and constantly tweaks what works, this is how to become truly great.

Just as a Web marketer re-vamps tiny pieces of website design and functionality, “you take a version of you, make a small tweak, test it and iterate.”

The dude in the video, Scott Belsky from the Behance Network, is pretty awesome – I saw him keynote at the 20SB Conference I spoke at in Chicago this summer and his presentation was RIDICULOUS.  As in, AMAZING.  As in… I really need to post my notes to help you grow your brain too.

In the meantime, keep fixing what ain’t broken – little by little we get better and better.
